The owner, John Bailey, is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the various types work involved in a bath remodeling, including, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tiling, and glass doors.  He has been in the construction business for 30+ years and my hubby and I learned so many new things every time we talked to him.  He is like an encyclopedia of home improvement solutions. :) He is professional, courteous, efficient, hands-on and in fact the most pleasant contractor we have ever worked with.  And the same is true of his subcontractors.  He has long-standing close working relationship with them, and he knows their trades and their quality of work by heart. This is really important in assuring that the work performed is held up to the high standards he has /clients desire and that the subcontractors are on site available for work when the projects calls."
