"Bob is an exemplary professional, in all aspects. In addition to his technical knowledge and skills, his customer service was also outstanding in every possible manner. After having performed significant online research of numerous technical sites, in an effort to determine the most probable reason of our LG washer, I then spent an inordinate amount of time analyzing a copious number of expert sites and customer reviews for a myriad of appliance repair companies, I spoke with Bob regarding an “estimated” cost based on my belief of the cause(s) for the problems being experienced with our washing machine. As a result of the significant number of positive reviews on various sites, including Home Advisors and similar competitors as well as my personal conversation with Bob, I decided to make an appointment to enable him to physically examine our washer and as appropriate revise his estimate based on our phone conversation. Having been a member of the upper team at three multi billion dollar, multinational conglomerates for 30+ years and direct interaction with thousands of suppliers of both goods and services, I felt confident in selecting he and his company to perform the required worked. While observing and conversing with Bob, I found him to be an incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled technician, who worked diligently the entire time he spent replacing the required part(s) and repairing our washer. His knowledge and skills were well complemented by his customer service (e.g. informative, communicative, honest, trustworthy, and on time, etc...). It’s important to note that Bob has a value system which was the standard for all companies and individuals, in that he made every effort to minimize cost, while maximizing performance. (The final cost was actually lower than the initial phone estimate, so although Bob was willing and able to accept my credit card, I was able to pay by check) I will highly recommend Bob and his company to all of our family and friends. In both my professional and personal observations, I have every confidence in both encouraging others to contact Bob and I will personally call Bob for any/all required appliance repairs. "Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. After we used Home Advisor for this situation, and hired Airflow, we cancelled our Sears Home Warranty , which had kept us waiting 2 weeks to repair our washer, including a no-show who finally showed up 3 hours late. Bravo to Home Advisor and Airflow. We are very satisfied!"

"They were wonderful. Everybody that came that worked was a gentleman. Everyone always acknowledged me when I went out to ask a question. The man who runs the company was wonderful, the man who headed up the roofing explained everything; he helped me up on the roof so I could see everything. The painter brought me samples and listened to what I wanted. The clean up was wonderful, they were just great, they were wonderful! They could be a little bit neater. There was tar -- we have a flat roof -- and they took off tar and rock and they replaced all of the broken plywood and shattered plywood. They took over 4 tons off of the roof of rock and tar. The lazy man patches were all repaired, and there was tar on the walk way and the driveway. They did clean it up, they got rid everything, but we eventually walked it in to the house and stuff like that; just neater."
