"Kyles crew consisted of two workers. Artero and Felipe showed up ready to get things going on the first day. They were on time and prepped the house by putting down drop cloths from the front door of the house all the way to the bathroom. They worked from the minute they arrived until they left only stopping to eat lunch (45min - 1hr). They were polite and clean and very considerate of our home and made sure they cleaned up everything at the end of the day.
Kyle was on site the very first day and at least 2 additional days thru out the project just to make sure we were happy with the way things were going. He was always easy to reach for questions. E-mail worked better than phone which is understandable as he has many crews and is very busy with multiple jobs going on at once, but was always willing to come by if needed . 
Artero and Felipe communicated very well with us, always asking and clarifying items with us to make sure everything was installed as per our wishes. 
The only hiccup was whether the tile had been sealed or not. Kyle came out one morning himself and sealed the tile only to find out later that it had been done . But this only added to our pleasure with Kyle as he went out of his way to make sure that it was done correctly . 
We couldn't be happier with the finished project. It took a total of 9 working days to complete
It is our intention to use Kyle in the near future for our kitchen remodel

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."
