No invoice. No written document of what he did and WHY. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon these days when hiring anyone through a third party. Oh yes, no receipt for payment. I paid in cash.

Tom is the owner of the company. From the minute I met him I felt as though he was an expert in the Audio-Video world. He was very explanatory, and his prices were fair. I hired him to hang 3 tvâ s and take care if parts and electrical. Flawless job, even used a level to make sure it was 100% accurate. Then I hired him to expand my WiFi throughout my home and left the door open for him to complete while I was at work. I came home and the whole system was perfect and turn key. This week Iâ m going to hire him to do a whole backyard sound system. Heâ s that good! Thx Tom
