"Mark and his crew did and excellent job with installing pavers in my backyard. He told me it would take 3 days and they were finished in 3 days. They cleaned up after themselves which I have had contractors before leave their empty water bottles and food wrappers behind. Mark and his crew are professional, friendly and hard workers. I had used Mark 13 years ago when I bought this home and they did a great job with the front of the house. It is unrecognizable from what I had purchased. "Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."
