Rocio was very responsive to my needs and they did a good job as cleaning my place.

This looks like a very close-knit family owned and run business. Lucile who is the interface called ahead of the scheduled times to keep us updated on their arrival which was either ahead of or on the dot. They were very professional, yet friendly, very receptive to what we needed done, excellent job not only at what needed to be cleaned but also leaving without a trace of any cleaners left behind,

Rosio, her sister and her mother did a fantastic and thorough job. I plan to keep using them.

I had never used a housekeeping service before and this process made me more nervous than I thought it would. Rocio was AMAZING! So sweet and understanding, also professional and efficient. Her and Margarita cleaned my kitchen with so much attention to each detail that I was blown away. They reorganized my cabinets and drawers and made everything look new again. I seriously wanted to hug Rocio as she was leaving but I would’ve burst into tears. 10 stars for this company!

Heaven Housekeeping saved me so much work and stress!!! They were super detailed and helped me with a last minute deep clean! My landlord had construction done and left my place incredibly dusty - a layer of dust over everything I own, in every single room! The landlord offered me a small amount to pay for a cleaner. Heaven Housekeeping met with me to review what could be done for that amount and it was more than I thought! Rocil was also so flexible and patient with me being flustered and hard to coordinate with. I was staying elsewhere because of the mess. She was able to get my place into her schedule on super short notice! They also have great COVID procedures - sanitizing door knobs and light switches, my vacuum, etc before they leave. When I went inside after the cleaning was done, it was a huge weight off my shoulders! They were really detailed!! Super easy to coordinate with via text. Super good at what they do!
