From the very first interaction (with Joel) they were responsive, polite, thorough, and transparent about what they could and couldn’t do. We required several stucco repairs – some not easy, as well as an indoor project for painting. Oscar is clearly an expert in his field and took the time and care to complete all work with an exceptional degree of workmanship. He was able to perfectly blend the new stucco to the older paint and texture and he painted larger areas than were originally discussed in order for the work to look seamless. Over the 3 days, the work areas were cleaned up neatly at the end of the day and Oscar made a point of saying hello and goodbye each day, which might seem like a small thing however speaks to the professionalism displayed. We could not be happier, and we would not hesitate to hire the Painting Company again. Highly recommend!"

"I had a leak at the top of my downstairs window. The leak was due to a flaw in the paper under the stucco near the upstairs window (just above). Oceanside Plastering opened up the stucco, repaired the paper and replaced the removed stucco. They were on time, very professional and did an excellent job. The stucco repair was perfect. You can't tell where the repair was made. Did exactly what they said they would do and were very prompt."

"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
