He has intimate knowledge of the City Codes and has a good rapport with the City Planning and Building departments. He is also very helpful and available to answer questions and provide information. They came out and gave a quick appraisal/quote, which we were happy with, and were ready to work right away! One bit of advice, be ready to get the work started! My husband and I were a mix of being slow in picking our new fixtures and stores not having what we wanted in stock. We definitely had to get our butts in gear! We were still picking stuff out while they were working! We are beyond happy with the finished product/bathroom.
