"Zacarias Remodeling Construction did an amazing job on my brand new kitchen! I wanted my kitchen to be done before Christmas and they worked above and beyond to complete it! Oscar (the Owner) would come to see how the project was progressing and inspect the finished work and made sure if we had any concerns or questions. The workers are professional and hard workers!! They also made sure everything was clean before leaving for the day. Suzanne (Estimator/Designer) was there 100% of the time for questions, advice and opinion on the design. Awesome to work with! I am very happy with my kitchen and highly recommend them!"

"Matt Kennedy has been amazing. I had originally hired another designer to design a mixed-use space including three seconds story apartments in a commercial property which went very south. Matt not only completed the design of the three units but was able to negotiate use of space with the City. He has intimate knowledge of the City Codes and has a good rapport with the City Planning and Building departments. He is also very helpful and available to answer questions and provide information. I am very grateful Matt was recommended to me and I'm so glad I've gotten to work with him."

"I had a master bathroom that I needed a complete remodel done on. OCCB was very professional to deal with and they were able to give me more than I could ever imagine with my remodel. They were able to incorporate a steam room in my shower and give me a walk in closet. I couldn't be happier with all the fine detail they put into their work and they were always available if I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them as they did good quality work in a timely manner."

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."

"Our kitchen remodel exceeded our expectations, providing us with a beautiful and highly efficient space for cooking and gathering. We're thrilled with the results, as the new design seamlessly integrates style and functionality."

"He was very easy to talk to, very friendly, very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what I was asking for and accomplished it. There were other contractors that I talked to that would not do the job. He actually came to look at what I had in person when the others would not. He and his team did a great job!"
