"Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!"

"I do really enjoy the finished product. I went with wood-look ceramic tile and couldnt be happier with how it looks. The reason they don't get 5 stars though is that after the previous floor was removed and they were preparing the sub-floor, they called me and told me that the floor would need additional concrete leveling. I knew this would be needed, but I was told that the extensiveness of the leveling was included in the initial quote. They wound up charging me an additional $1400 for the leveling. That should have been included in the price they quoted me because it was obvious that it would be necessary in my older home. Expensive, and frustrating but the end result is very good."

"Excellent. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We asked the company to see if they could remove the old tile without damaging it, a tricky task requiring some finesse. They managed to do that very well, and we were able to clean the old tile and have them place the tiles around the new fireplace which required a lot of precise cuts to fit the new fireplace size. They did a great job, and replaced/repaired and textured the sheetrock surrounding the fireplace. The workers were very neat and cleaned up everything when they finished. Highly recommended"

"Ignacio and his team came by a couple of time to review the work before providing an estimate. His bid was very thorough and competitive. We coordinated closely on the initial setup and installation. His team was extremely professional and diligent in prepping the work (exterior tile on an existing fireplace and an outdoor shower/sink/toilet area. The work involved mitered corners on porcelain glazed tiles. Ignacio recommended using an epoxy grout and adding a couple of layers of sheathing in order for the fireplace to remain symmetrical which I thought were good suggestion which we implemented at a reasonable cost. Ignacio was flexible on timing and his team did a fantastic job. Other reviewers mentioned timely communication via texts, arriving on time for the job every morning, courteous and professional, very tidy and considerate of other spaces in home, I totally agree. Highly recommended. I would hire JB Tile for my next project."
