"Rick and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We received quotes from several painters; however, none were as thorough in their assessment of our home as Rick. After witnessing him in action we knew we would be in good hands and Rick and his crew certainly lived up to that. "Creig was extremely professional and responsive.  He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate).  Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day.  He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done.  I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!

"Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

"Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."
