"It was emergency call , could not open my door. Paid too much for springs, oh well the repair person was at my house 8 am sharp and was done in one hour. Since my door would not open I had no leverage in negotiating the fee . Paid $ 600.00 Maybe $200.00 too much"

"The owner called me back within a very short time of leaving a message. He was able to provide me a quote over the phone after sending him photos. They were honest, cable came off and instead of trying to sell me another one they told me mine was fine and put it back on. They were on time and professional. Their price was very reasonable.
