"He was really good.  There were some incredible stains on the carpet and he was able to get it out.  He was very courteous and professional.  He took his time and explained to me the things that I could do to prevent some of the stains because I have dogs.  He had actually called the day before to remind me and it was on my birthday that he came.  I was undecided as to whether or not I wanted him to come on that day because I had so many things to do.  He was willing to be real flexible with me when I didn't want him to come on the originally scheduled day.  I really appreciated that but everything worked out great so it was fine.        "
