"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"CCI really came through for us. We needed some repair work on a leaky skylight involving water damage to the bathroom ceiling. Also some other drywall repair and painting, and some exterior fascia replacement. Don was great to work with, easy-going and genuinely wanting us to be satisfied. George and the team of workmen were great also. They came exactly when they said they would until the job was done - let us know every step of the way what was going on - and answered all of our questions.
