All Counties Fence & Supply

They came out and did the work. I asked for adjustments because they installed 6' wide gates and I requested 4'. After they measured they had advised that I go with 6' wide gates, but this actually was not needed. All we really needed was the the 4' wide gates. I told them I needed them to make these adjustments and no one will get back with me. I have left numerous messages requesting someone call me back and have yet to receive a call back. I wish they would call back and agree to come back so we can re-measure together. The guys that came out were hard workers and did really good quality work, the problem is with the management. I had given them a big down payment before work had even started and continued to make payments while work was being completed. I gave them my credit card number and permission to take the rest of the money that I owed them. After the work had been completed, I received a call from the secretary asking me to pay the bill off. I advised her that I thought I had already paid it and also that I wanted adjustments made to my gates. She said she didn't know and would get back with me. She never called back and I ended up getting notification via the mail that they had put a lien on my house.

I had the work done mid-December of 2016. Since that was a slow time of year for All Counties, they were able to send out a double crew that managed to tear down the old fence and install the new one in the same day. I was originally told that it would take two days to complete the job. So, that was a pleasant surprise. The work was excellent and I would use All Counties again.

They were on time, clean and finished the job ahead of schedule. We were very pleased with the quality and workmanship. When it comes time to do the other portion, we will definitely call them again.

It went fantastically. As soon as we contacted them they pulled up our estimate from months ago (we had chosen another company that did not work out), and they were right on it. Made an appointment to come out the next week, tear down, replace with reinforcements in the fencing and cleaned up immaculately. It only took the guys a few hours and they were done. Very professional.

I worked with Bob who was attentive, professional, helpful and thorough.   There was an issue with a slope wall which needed to be adjusted so that it couldn't be jumped and would pass pool inspector's safety code, and Bob caught it and brought up a solution that the other companies we'd sought estimates with did not.  They created a custom solution that looks quite classy.  

When there was a question as to whether we could save cost with an alternate solution for a chain link section, Bob looked into it, and called around to find honest answers, even though that would mean less profit for them.  

They communicated what part of the yard would be done on which day so that we could easily coordinate with our neighbors to have the pets inside on those days, and they kept to the discussed schedule.  At the conclusion, the installers drilled holes outside on the drive to allow the gate to lock in the open position and even made a tall pipe post so that the gate side that opened onto a hill could remain locked open when we needed it to without our having to hold it.  

Although they did glue the post tops on even though we'd told them that we'd be ordering the solar lights for each post top,  when I caught that, the workers went post by post to undo the tops with a good attitude, so that we could still put the new upgraded solar post tops on.  

We're getting compliments on our fencing and are very pleased.  

They had a specialist come out to my home first to pick out the type of fence I was looking for. They really listened to to me and really cared about what I was wanting. They stayed within my budget too! They helped us out every step of the way!

He didn't follow through.

Arrived at 7:15 AM. and had the job completed, and yard clean, by 3 PM.  Crew was great.  They went about their jobs efficiently and effectively.

We contacted All Counties Fence & Supply 11/13/2015, and left a message that the latch to our vinyl gate had separated from the gate itself leaving a portion of the gate surface cracked, and that we would like to have someone come out to repair the damage. We also indicated the possible days that we would be available, and left our contact information.
 
I received the following response: "WE WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY TO SET YOU AN APPOINTMENT FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. THANKS. KIM"
However, we never heard from them again despite further attempts to contact them. Obviously, this job was far below their monetary reward expectations.

Fantastic! We had several bids before Chris Jr from All counties came out. We have been planning on vinyl fence replacement for several years actually. From the time Chris arrived we knew All Counties would be our company! Chris was responsive, professional, informative and kind. He listened to our needs, gave us ideas, showed us the product they used, talked us through the process. Their price was competitive and fair. It was a little more than a month until we could firm up our dates and when we called Chris he got us right on their very busy schedule on days that worked for  our lives. The install crew was top notch. They were on time, they worked incredibly hard installing the fence and worked through some complications with our large gates which needed to open in specific way to accomodate our trailer. They worked two full days, always answering our questions, respectful of our home and property. We really could not be happier and would highly recommend them to our friends, family and anyone in need of fence solution. They worked with our neighbors to have their gates replaced at the same time also.
A really great company, we look forward to using them again in the near future for patio cover.

Update, the large RV gates needed adjusting and All Counties sent someone right away. He fixed the problem and showed my husband how to do minor adjusting if the need arises again. Great service

It went extremely well. Very very good work. They were suggested to me from the manufacturer of the vinyl fencing, amung other firms. We checked them all out and All Counties was the best fit for us.

They showed up on schedule and called to say they were coming.  Both estimate and work were done on time and exactly as planned.  Service as it SHOULD be!

It worked out really well. They installed it very nicely and it was fabulous. We're the only house on our block that has complete private fencing. There's no crack. You can't see other person's yard next to us which is what I really wanted because I like privacy. We have like almost an acre property so the fact that we got it for so cheap, it was really good. We're actually gonna contact them again for something else shortly.

They showed up on time and finished earlier than expected.
