Sub-quality installation resulted in ALL of the windows leaking when it rained. They did not rectify the situation and they should be avoided at all costs!

Great! Armando sent his guys over for a last minute fix to my glass shower door. It wasn't a big job, but sometimes those little jobs are a huge deal for the customer. I had a guest arriving and I needed that shower door to not come off in their hands! So appreciater the last minute service. Customer for life! Thank you Armando!

I called them on Monday 5-4 to ask about sending someone to measure and cut a casement window screen about 1/8-1/4" shorter, as it no longer fit due to repairs on the window. The responder told me it would cost close to $90 to send a guy out, see if the screen was reparable, and do the job, returning the screen later.  He also said if I brought it in and they could repair it, it would only cost about $15-20, but I would have to do the measuring and be responsible for its accuracy.  I agreed, and brought the screen to them.  Given that the screen's frame was already dented, and the difficulty of shaving so little off, they declined to repair it and suggested a new frame, at about $30.  I agreed and they said it would be ready Thursday morning 5-8.  By Tues noon, they called and said it was done.  I picked up the screen right before they closed.  It fits perfectly.  Small job, but they executed it as if it were a big one and did excellent work.

I brought in screens that needed to be replaced. Before I went, I called and told them the measurements over the phone and they quoted me a price. When I brought in the screens, they measured and confirmed how much everything costs. I ordered several screens. When I picked up my screens, I asked them for the metal attachments to rehang my screens. They gave them to me for no extra cost.. One of the screens turned out to be the wrong size and I had to go back, but otherwise everything was fine. This place is out of the way for me, but their price is outstanding. If I had to get new screens, I would go here again.

Atwater screen and glass replaced all my broken screens for a reasonable price and were great to work with at the same time.

I am very, very pleased with the work done. They came when they said they would and took measurements, then returned when expected. I am completely happy because they called me several times to arrange a time to work, come, etc. Luis and Ramon did the work and did a great job. Plus they were friendly and nice. This company gave me a good price too. I will use Atwater Glass for all my screen and glass needs.

Unprofessional, dysfunctional, untrustworthy and incapable of delivering a simple job in anywhere near the time promised, working with Atwater Screen and Glass was the worst single experience Ive had working with a service provider found on Angie’s List. On Monday, July 7, 2014 they agreed to fabricate a wooden window screen with a delivery date of three weeks. I called on Monday, July 28 and was told it wasn’t ready but would be on Friday, August 1st. On Friday I was told it would be another week. This went on for several more weeks with excuses including “our supplier doesn’t have the materials.” This for a plain wooden frame that any lumber yard could supply! I asked for my sample screen back and tried to cancel the order but was “promised” that my new screen would be delivered on Wednesday, August 20. Of course that didn’t happen and I was told it would absolutely be there by Friday, the 29th. It didn’t happen. Monday morning, August 25, at 7:50 AM I got a call saying it would be in that afternoon or Tuesday morning. Tuesday, I was told it was on a truck and would be there at 4:30 PM. It never arrived. Today, August 27th, the screen finally arrived. It was not worth the wait.

I requested a test screen to be made first, to see if it looked correct and fit. Fortunately I only had one fabricated. There was a miscommunication in the measurements and the initial screen came out slightly smaller than the opening.
Since it was a 'test' screen I paid for the service to see how it looked mounted. Sal, the salesperson I dealt with, was very accommodating and would take the first screen back and change the measurements and fabricate the remaining screens with the correct measurements.
They only took two days to create the 'test' screen and provided me with all the mounting clips needed.
With the clarification in measurements I would use them again.

In each instance, someone came out to give an estimate within 24 hours, and twice the work was done on the spot after I approved the estimate. The quoted prices have been lower than those from the competing businesses that I also called. We also liked the fact that Atwater Screen and Glass is just minutes away from my home and business.

They were on time, courteous and professional. They completed the job quickly and correctly. My only OCD reaction was the one grill was slightly un-level, but not aggregiously so.

It was an excellent experience generally. They provided excellent service. I remember there was one small issue. They quoted me for a higher quality of screens which they determined I needed. I had received a quote initially from someone on the phone. Then their estimator came back with a higher quote and he didn't explain the discrepancy. When he gave me the quote; he didn't explain to me at the time until I asked that he was giving me higher quality screens. I accepted his recommendation. It wasn't a great discrepancy, but it was just a little bit of a confusion regarding pricing.

They were very easy to deal with. Vince made a trip to measure and estimate the job, and it was done a few days later. The work took about 45 minutes and the crew was helpful, professional, and cleaned up nicely, however they had the wrong measurements for the screening, which was supposed to be done onsite. They took my frame with them, brought it back and installed the screen that same day, which was great. The price was a little higher than expected. I had paid in advance for a good (strong) quality of screen, and the screen material used was somewhat and quot;flimsyand quot; The overall experience was good.

Atwater was about the 5th window company I approached about replacing some windows on the back side of my house. Upon walking in and describing what I was looking for, they laid out several options as well as price categories and we immediately had our needs met. Great product, great price. Windows came in on time and were installed next day. Hassel free.

This was a terrific experience. The old window frames were probably over 50 years old. The crew made sure the windows fit properly and did a great job preparing and cleaning up afterwards. We've done a lot of renovating to this place, and working with Vicente and his company was a very pleasant experience indeed. I knew I was in good hands with Atwater, and won't hesitate to call them when I need to replace some sliding glass doors.

It went perfectly. These guys are professional. They are flexible and want to make sure that the customer is completely happy. I would definitely use them again. Vince Amador could not have been better. I am pretty picky and they left me with a big smile on my face. I thouht their price was very reasonable. You can relax and know that they will do a professional quality job. They communicate very well. They cleaned up completely. I recommend Atwater Screen and Glass for window screens without any reservation. The cost averaged $30.00 per screen installed including two trips to my house.
