I'm now using Microsoft Edge and its plug-in software to be able to access the most settings for configuring and viewing the camera as the camera and NVR's Default settings need site specific tuning. As the end user who supplied the equipment I'm more than pleased with this Company and in particular with their Tech' Noel."
