I misunderstood and thought they could help with actually putting my stereo system together with TV, dvd player. Apparently, they meant only that they can put away the wires through the wall if the wires were preset/prehooked already on the back of the systems (I just moved into a new home and they were all disconnected).  I should have clarified that with Jim on the day he came to do the estimate because I thought it was a great deal compared to geek squad (the quote I was given) for the tv installation part.

"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
