First, the contractor contacted me immediately and we scheduled a visit for the next morning, however, during the evening, the tech texted me several times with questions and details regarding the sliding door so he could procure the correct parts, he showed up the next morning with the correct parts. The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! "Where to begin? Every phase of my project was excellent! I guess I can start at the beginning but leaving the best for last: First, Alex came by to measure the counter top area in the kitchen. High tech stuff and the quartz top fit perfectly when installed! They installed my sink, faucet, disposal, and dishwasher. Then, Vlad painted the entire inside of the house with 7 colors used throughout the house! Perfect trim work! Next, Merab and Vlad put up the oak window trim and did perfect sealing work around the wall and trim. The downstairs bathroom needed ceiling work done and Vlad more than met the challenge. Merab and Vlad cut the interior and exterior oak doors, stained them, and were put up in the new door frames. A hall fan was adjusted to the correct spacing. Special cuts of wood were made and stained throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom was done so beautifully with new mirror, toilet, shower doors and floor tile. Vlad did most of the work of this project and you would be lucky to have him working on your house project. Viktar the foreman is the one who brought all of these wonderful craft persons together to create the magic. Anastasiya is the project manager from heaven. Her attention to detail is extraordinary and was vital to the success of this project. Finally, none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for Rob Rathbun, the Senior Design Consultant of America’s Dream Home Works. It was because of him that this project happened at all. He listened carefully to what I wanted to do room by room. Then he would tell me what would and what wouldn’t work within the budget or structurally. Rob is a godsend! He is the perfect first representative to meet from this wonderful, professional, company. Top notch artists of their crafts, and the paper side of the company is right there with them. I cannot say enough about all the people at ADHW. Alex, Vlad, Merab, Viktar, Anastasiya, and of course, Rob! You won’t be disappointed!
