"Brian was wonderful in communicating with me about the job. His questions and responses prior to doing the job were perfect and assured that we could get the job done and in a timely manner. He sent Jesse to do the work at my mom's house. Jesse was great! He was courteous, professional, friendly, and truly cared about doing a good job. He was also super clean. He made sure to set up beforehand to assure that everything was kept clean and neat. I am thrilled with the job they did. Their customer service was wonderful! "Patrick showed up on time and did a thorough job. Carpet smelled of string urine from our old Great Dane. He cleaned the stains and removed the smell at a very reasonable price. We will have him back to do the rest of our house soon. Great job and a good guy. I’d certainly recommend him to anyone!"

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Service King. They were prompt, courteous, professional, polite, and friendly. Everything looks and smells great. I am especially pleased with my sofa. It is a light yellow color and cannot be cleaned with water which is why I had it cleaned professionally in the first place. Tony was honest about what could be done with it since this was the first time it has been cleaned since I've owned it. It looks so much better and smells great. Everything was completed in about an hour and a half and dried in about four hours. Deorderizing of our carpets was offered at a very resonable price and he even cleaned our bedside rugs for free.
