I hired Laura Lynns service starting in Feb and March of this year. 2023 Her employee (Stephanie R) STOLE expensive items from my home the 1st day. I asked about the missing items the next visit, She responded, if I was missing items, I would have called her employer. I did not call at that time I thought I question her myself. Since the above incident, Owner, Laura told me she fired the employee, as three others clients reported items taken as well. I have reported this to the Roseville police, pending charges. I am a senior living in Sun City Roseville.

In short this was a horror story! I didnt want the master bath cleaned, but Laura insisted so ok do it. However, she didnt clean the tub. I told her 2 rooms were off limits because I dont want my cat in those rooms. She ignored me, vacuumed anyway, and left the doors open and my cat got in. The final straw was I had the scratches recently removed from my stainless steel sink; however she doesnt know you scrub with the grain and scratched it again. I use sink protectors to keep everything off the sink. The long of it is Laura is one and done!

The vacuum cleaner wasn't working so carpet wasn't done. Never did the baseboards as promised and broke a decanter top and glass and didn't tell me. Not cool!
