I had the carpet on my stairs cleaned and my couch and live seat. The dark stains came out and they looked new again. Both the carpet and upholstery are cream white. She worked quickly and was very kind and friendly. She also wore a mask while working. I’ve hired her twice and will do so again next time I need it.

It went well. The carpet tag said to have it dry cleaned. Monica took it to her place of business and cleaned it. It was not dry-cleaned but the chemicals she used worked.

Baylight was absolutely a dream to work with. They were o. Time and worked with me when I had a last minute scheduling conflict. Monica and her team were professional, reasonably priced and did an excellent job. I could. Or believe just how dirty the water was that came out of their machine when the job was done. I will definitely hire Baylight again!
