He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. I didn't find Patios By B & B on Angie's List but I am very happy that I hired them.  Jeff Goldman met with my wife and I on a Wednesday morning and showed us samples of materials and gave us lots of options for designs for our patio.  He was very thorough and didn't place any pressure on us.  We felt comfortable hiring Jeff that same day.  He was even able to complete our cover that same Friday and was done in one day.  I asked them to return to install some drop shades and they did the following week.  The crew lead, Jose Cancino, was clean, efficient and helpful.  We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company that cares about their customers.
