The communication of the project manager was outstanding as well as guidance on what has to be purchased for completing our beautiful Bathroom. Once the water leak was discovered and the subfloor damage was assessed. A repair plan was quickly in place for the leak. Plus a plan to restructure and build a stronger subfloor. Overall, Mila and Supervisor Ruiz and their team were very excellent at staying on schedule and completing the project with quality workmanship. Overall we are very happy with our beautiful new bathroom. Our renovation project was completed on time and the new look absolutely met our expectations. Our main expectations/requirements were a regular shower pan, the shower walls and the flooring, all done with quality porcelain tile. Adding a shampoo niche and 2 safety grab bars in the shower area. Plus the bench which I am so happy with. All of these items were installed with attention to detail and with quality workmanship. I phoned them yesterday to make the appointment and they came out today. And there is no damage or repairs needed, and the liner held up, still attached to the foundation cement stones and pillars. I felt this was very thoughtful of them to remember us. Since we installed the product a year ago, they have helped us feel comfortable that the product is doing what it is supposed to do. They also came out during the rains (however brief) in late February and checked that everything was still dry (not that we had flooding or ground water tables rise, but we were concerned that rain might have been coming in from the side vents in the house siding to the crawlspace).
