He also sent me a scheduled this morning letting me know the time he would arrive. He had another job in my area that needed more time than my job, so he texted me to see if he could come earlier for my project and then return back to his earlier project. He is very polite and punctual. I will use his services again and would recommend him to family and friends."

As with any project communication between homeowner and business is vital and Tony was superb throughout the entire project. Tony has a keen eye when it came to vision and style, he provided excellent input and made great suggestions. We are very pleased with the work done by Ace Construction, Tony transformed our outdated kitchen, bathrooms and fireplace to the most current style. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."

Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications. If licensing is required in your area, you may pay more for a licensed handyman with experience than one who is not licensed or certified, but you’re likely to get a better end result for your project.
