Niles inspected the crawlspace, measured every line, and gave me a fair quote based on my home’s actual layout. Harris cleared space for the new pipes, sketched the floor plan, and confirmed materials. Jessy and Amari replaced all horizontal drain lines—including the garage sink, washer, kitchen sink, two toilets, shower, and two sinks—in tough conditions under the house. This started after another company gave me a flat-fee quote based on “two bathrooms.” Oak Plumbing’s quote was more detailed and more accurate for my 1950s home with 1.5 baths and mixed old materials. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job.
