We hired Steve to install a marble checkerboard floor and marble subway tiles on the wall of our laundry room. First of all, Steve is very professional and such a nice guy! He is meticulous in his work and takes his time to make sure everything is done perfectly. He would always let us know what time he would be at our house and would promptly answer texts whenever I had a question. I am very picky and he definitely lived up to my standards! Weâ re also remodeling a guest bathroom and have told Steve that we want him to do the tiling. Iâ d give Steve 10 stars if I could. He is our go to guy for any of our tiling needs in the future. Steve was amazing, on time and never questioned what we wanted. He not only did electrical for us but built a kitchen island, did a shower remodel, painted the interior walls, installed baseboard and put in rv hookups for us in the backyard.

For my industrial buildings heâ s changed out lights (interior and exterior wall packs), replaced light switches and breaker switches, removed unused low voltage cabling, replaced exhaust fans, installed door closers, replaced ceiling tiles, warehouse insulation, and repaired a roofâ ¦ and for my apartments he changed out under cabinet lights, replaced ceiling fans, patched drywallâ ¦. There is nothing Steve canâ t do. Heâ s very responsive, reliable and he does quality work. Heâ s fairly priced and he does ask for money the second heâ s done with the work like a lot of contractors Iâ ve used. I highly recommend Steve for whatever project you may have.
