He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done. If only all builders could be like this.
