"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church. They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days. The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes. They began work the next week. I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts. He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing. Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place. He cleaned up after himself as he went along. He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done. If only all builders could be like this.
