He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"We picked Levi over other quotes we received because he said he’d use higher quality paint (elastomeric because we have a stucco house) and mentioned using bleach on some spots on our house before pressure washing to make sure the moss/mold whatever could not grow back. He gave us a few paint sample options to choose from and after he was done we walked the house together to find any touch up spots that were needed. Overall great job and competitively priced."

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
