"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."

"I contacted R & R Remodeling because they were recommended to me through my church.  They came out to assess the situation promptly and gave me an estimate within just a few days.  The fee seemed reasonable to me, and this window was preventing further progress on our living room project, so we said yes.  They began work the next week.
I was very pleased with the work of Bill the framer who works with R & R Remodeling experts.  He got started a bit later in the morning than I was expecting, but that is the only thing that I have to say that is even slightly less than glowing.  Bill was very knowledgeable and professional throughout.  He was very thoughtful and concerned about getting the window weather sealed and making everything look as if this work never needed to be done in the first place.  He cleaned up after himself as he went along.  He had all the tools he needed for the job with him and worked steadily and efficiently until the job was done.  If only all builders could be like this.  This window is now perfectly installed in our living room wall and we can proceed with trimming it out and finishing our project.  Yay!"

"Joshua is great! I purchased the toilets at Home Depot and arranged for Joshua to pick them up. Well HD Lancaster location only had two of the HE toilets that I wanted, so the 3rd toilet was picked up in the HD Palmdale store. Joshua did all this with pleasure. He was on time, work was completed superbly and cleanup was on point. I will always call on Joshua for my Handyman needs..."
