"Trinity Heating installed a new thermostat in my house. The technician, Jimmy, was professional and courteous. After the installation he took the time to explain to me how to set up and use the new thermostat. I’m completely satisfied with their service and will use them again if needed."

"Douglas was very professional with all his work. Communication was very clear and he knew exactly what to do for all 3 of my jobs 1st he patched the holes in my drywall and textured it came out perfect. 2nd he installed a new ceiling fan now issues what so ever. The he was able to install the new front screen door that was supposed to fit but he made it work and he even had to manufacture a piece of wood to close a small fan…(it came out soooo good!) My wife and I are very happy with his professionalism and the detail in his work. Thank you Douglas for a job well done."

Nest Installation questions, answered by experts

Corona’s hot, dry summers drive pests like ants and spiders indoors in search of water, increasing the need for home pest prevention. Mild, wet winters encourage termite swarms and prompt rodents to seek shelter inside. Seasonal winds can spread flying insects and disrupt outdoor treatments. By timing pest inspections and treatments around these weather patterns, homeowners can better protect their property year-round from common local pests.

Helpful?

In Corona, kitchens and pantries often attract ants and cockroaches due to food crumbs and moisture. Garages and sheds are hotspots for spiders and rodents, especially where clutter accumulates. Attics and wall voids may harbor rodents in cooler months. Foundations and crawl spaces are vulnerable to termite infestations, while patios and outdoor furniture can attract wasps and bees. Routine pest inspections in these areas help prevent recurring problems.

Helpful?

For minor pest problems in Corona, promptly wipe up ant trails with soapy water, use food-safe traps for pantry pests, and seal small gaps with weather-resistant caulk. Address rodent concerns by storing pet food in sealed containers and placing traps along walls where droppings are found. Always wear gloves, ventilate treated areas, and keep children and pets away from products. Persistent or spreading issues should be handled by a pest control expert.

Helpful?

To create an effective pest inspection routine in Corona, start each spring by checking window sills and baseboards for termite swarmers and inspecting outdoor eaves for new wasp nests. In summer, look for ant trails near patios and monitor garages for spider webs. Fall is ideal for sealing cracks around foundations and clearing debris from gutters. During winter, inspect attic insulation for rodent droppings and assess stored boxes for pest activity.

Helpful?

Begin by recording pest sightings and noting affected rooms in your Corona home. Clear clutter from baseboards and under sinks to give professionals easy access. Schedule treatments during dry weather for optimal results, and coordinate with any upcoming home repairs. Share a detailed pest history with your technician and discuss follow-up visits. After treatment, plan for regular pest inspections and maintain landscaping to reduce future risks.
