I called Imagine That Heating and Air because the temperature where I live was getting really cold at night. I cannot handle being cold so I turned the heat on. Guess what my furnace would not turn on. Typical first time I needed it it wouldnâ t work. I called Imagine that the next day To my surprise a person answered not an answer machine. The lady told me that she would get Robert to call me. Within 5 minutes I got the call from Robert and to my astonishment he said he couldâ ve at my house within 3 hours. When Robert arrived he had shoe covers on which I thought was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and a few other things which may cause a problem in the future. He was not pushy at all. I agreed the repair and said I would do the other issues later when Christmas was over. Robert waived the call out fee because I had the repair done. This company and Robert know there job. I had a great experience with them from step one. My furnace has never worked this well ever. Thank you for your Great work Robert Now my dogs and I can be warm for the holidays.

Robert was thoughtful and meticulous in his work. He kept things tidy during the process. He showed me the changes he made so i could verify his work, and he made sure i was able to test everything before he left. He made a great suggestion that will make my A/C unit last longer. He went out of his way to ensure I was a satisfied customer. In short, he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him without reservation.

Project: Full Hvac replacement I highly recommend Robert and the crew at Imagine amazing. I called my regular company they were booked for weeks. I put my request on HomeAdvisor in the middle of the night. Robert texted me 7am seeing if I still needed someone. Yes I did. Robert called showed up a few hours later. Next day we did a full replacement. Robert was straight forward, honest, told me options. Exceptional service with integrity and honesty. Robert is my guy now. Great Job, Thank you again.

We called Imagine That Heating & Air after two other companies had flaked on prior appointments. Robert was our service tech and was able to come by the house that same day. He quickly located the issue, provided several repair and replacement options. Pricing was very transparent and without any surprises. Unlike the other companies, they also seem to be way more tech savvy with online payments and pre work approvals. No messing with cash or handing over credit card info.. While we chose not to replace our system today, I will be calling on them when its time.. If youâ re looking for HVAC service, consider them over the big names out there.

Robert and his crew were amazing! This young man has integrity and provides exceptional customer service. He is honest and straight forward and explains every step and why it needs to be done. He gives options without compromising on the quality of work he provides. He not only replaced our heating system but went above and beyond re-fabricating the closet it was in, moving the entrance so we could change the filters easier and even dry walling in the old opening. He reinforced the bottom of the cabinet so it wouldn't shake and rattle like the old one did. His quote may not always be the lowest but it will be the BEST. I would highly recommend this company.

That Hearing and Air and the owner Robert came over today to fix our unit. He was prompt, clearly explained the problem and how he would fix it, quoted a reasonable amount, proceeded to fixing the problem and made suggestions as to how to keep the unit working well.
