"Exceptionally great service. The company responded quickly and referred me to their gas fireplace expert. He asked for a couple pictures via phone, then called me and helped me diagnose the problem and get the pilot light re-lit over the phone. No charge. These are honest and awesome people who I would recommend for any service. I'll have work done in a couple months on the drier vents and I plan to just call them; no competition."

"What do you do when the gas company turns off your gas due to a leak? You would want a licensed plumbing company that is: quick to respond, has a free estimate, comes out on a Saturday, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, quality work, courteous, and above all else,...integrity. Jason and his team at J I G Plumbing are all that! We were given an initial estimate, but as the trenching started, he informed us that the repair would not be as extensive as previously thought. He re-calculated the cost, saving us considerable money. Jason and his team patiently answered all our questions and informed us of their progress. Jason also provided photos of damaged areas and the finished repair. The repair was completed professionally and efficiently, and the gas company came to inspect/turn the gas on the same day. We are happy to have J I G Plumbing as our "go-to" for all our plumbing needs in the future!"

"We’ve had so many plumbing projects over the years and have always used Rapid Rescue. They have replaced our water heater, completely plumbed two bathrooms & worked on the house mainline as well as the gas line and hooking up the water lines for the washer & dryer. "I really liked Eric he gave us an estimate over the phone 350-400 to install about 6ft of gas line to a dryer and 15 ft of venting. When he finished the job he said it would be $500 because the pipe was 3/4 instead of 1/2. I did not feel like it was right. He should of asked the size of the pipe or asked prior to doing the work. I felt that I was overcharged last minute."
