"I truly regret hiring HavenHub for my backyard project. After a salesman came to our door, he designed our landscaping plan — retaining wall, stairs, shed pad, boulders, and sprinklers — and quoted $24,995. I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. "We had our garage floor epoxied. They did a beautiful job. Vince told me exactly what the process would be and how to best prepare for it. We are so pleased with the results! They did such a good job that we asked if they could do something about our pavers by our pool. They get very slippery when wet. The manufacturer's rep had told us that there was nothing he could do. We've had these terrible looking mats down so no-one would fall. Vince and his crew finished the pavers so that we don't have to have any mats down and so more slips or falls! We're going to have him polish our granite countertop. We've had it since 2018 and it's time for a shining. I'm sure that they will do a great job like they've done with everything else. Thank you!"

The longevity of resurfaced concrete depends on proper preparation as well as the fundamental condition of the original concrete. Depending on the application used to resurface the concrete, reapplying a protective sealer every two to three years can extend the life of the new concrete surface.

You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site.
