They sanding down the unlevel pavers, opened up and sealed the cracks and added a couple layers consisting of a bonding layer and then the top coat. It looks fresh and a nice pewter color! They also did the same to the walkway to the front door in a flagstone pattern and it matches beautifully the Saltillo tiles inside the front door color wise. I highly recommend Specialty Design Coatings! Kaveh was highly accessible and on the job daily to manage and check on the workmen. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days...
