"I cannot overstate how happy I am with Ron and his great team from Babylon Builders. I had a dream to have a greenhouse built with a hot tub inside. I was looking for an oasis and a natural garden under one roof. "First, the actual work was exemplary. The young gentleman who came to
the house and did the work was polite, professional and did a fantastic
job of cleaning our windows.
But, the "Big Deal", stated as "whole
house window cleaning", turned out to be less than described. Instead of
"whole house" it was "20 window surfaces" (inside or outside) which would equal 10
windows but with the extra charge for ladder use & greenhouse
window it actually came down out to 7 windows total, certainly less then "whole house".
So the downgrading was due to misleading advertising, but the work was first
rate.
