Technicians (Samuel & Adi) arrived on time. They were professional and very personable. They inspected my (2) fireplaces and presented me with my options/estimate. I chose the most comprehensive option, and they proceeded with their work immediately. They were in and out in less than an hour-a-half total. I called to find out why this particular sweep was not done and was told they don t perform this type of service. So, actually, all I got was a vacuum and cleaning of the fireplace, some important advise and nothing more. Heck. I could have done the vacuuming part, myself and save me the fee of $179. This is a rip-off for the service I got...and I still have a birds nest to contend with...."
