"I made a query via Angi on Sunday and Jonathan (owner) responded within minutes. Suffice to say Chimney Sweep Masters were very responsive. We confirmed an inspection appointment for Tuesday. Technicians (Samuel & Adi) arrived on time. They were professional and very personable. They inspected my (2) fireplaces and presented me with my options/estimate. I chose the most comprehensive option, and they proceeded with their work immediately. They were in and out in less than an hour-a-half total. Chimney Sweep Masters made the entire transaction absolutely painless. Their professionalism and communication are top notch. I highly recommend this company for your chimney cleaning needs."

"I thought part of this deal is a chimney sweep, but they did everything, except that. I called to find out why this particular sweep was not done and was told they don t perform this type of service. So, actually, all I got was a vacuum and cleaning of the fireplace, some important advise and nothing more. Heck. I could have done the vacuuming part, myself and save me the fee of $179. This is a rip-off for the service I got...and I still have a birds nest to contend with...."
