"Glen and his team were knowledgeable , hard working and on time. Whether you’re getting an older fountain up and running or creating a new water feature, these guys will get it done."
"John at Tile Baths was very easy to work with and did an excellent job. He re-grouted my shower stall and laid a new floor in my master bath. He was very accommodating with regards to my schedule and the work is of excellent quality. I'm over-the-moon happy!"
"We contacted Mr. Parks via Angie's List. His answer to our request was prompt and professional. We set a date for the work and Mr. Parks followed up with a phone call. He again called to verify and arrived right on time. Their work was done quickly and professionally and our property was left clean and neat. We highly recommend Thomas Parks Contracting. "
"Rich Valdez came out to see our house, onto which we wanted to put a 400 sq ft addition. He took a copy of the plans, asked a few questions, looked around the house...and then we never heard from them again. If our job was too small, or they were too busy, that's fine, but some kind of follow-up would have been professional."
"Beautifully! I don’t have much of a creative streak for these things but David had an amazing vision for my yard and I could not be more delighted with it"
"Very well. Mr. Soto is a true professional, he went above and beyond his service requirements to provide service delivery of lawn care services to our HOA. He has also identified dozens of broken and defective sprinklers; then replaced them with brand new ones. Excellent job! 5 Stars in my opinion."
The house was built in 1937, as you can imagine the bathroom needed a complete demolition, from the floor to the ceiling and walls. First the old vanity and bathtub were removed so that the workers could remove the old tile on the floor and the tile in the old shower which was completely removed. The floor was floated with concrete (the house is on a raised foundation), so that new tile could be installed. The walls were removed down to the studs, two old windows were replaced by one modern window above the new shower. Because Neil came up with a new design for the bathroom, a new wall was built for a very large shower in the location were the old vanity was (we did not want a bathtub). New cabinets were installed for lots of storage and a vanity with marble top, oval mirrored medicine cabinet with two wall sconces on either side. We had new recessed lights in the ceiling with a fan that goes on when the lights are turned on, not on a separate switch. Neil and the workers were very clean, leaving no mess in the living room which they had to walk through while working in the bathroom. Because of the old windows being replaced, the outside of the house was re-stuccoed and painted to match the house. No mess anywhere!.
In the kitchen, we decided not to have all the cabinets replaced as my father had made and installed ash cabinets around 1960; it was a sentimental choice, which Neil understood. Neil had matching cabinets made along a wall that had none. All tile was replaced with granite of our choice and a new stainless steel sink was installed. The linoleum floor was replaced with tile as well as the dinning room. Before the tile could be put down backboard was installed on top of the existing wood floor. All tile was installed in a diagonal pattern looking from the living room, so that the dinning room looks larger and flows into the kitchen.

Regular water testing, debris removal, and seasonal maintenance ensure healthy water quality.
Natural pools don’t necessarily attract snakes, although there is a chance they could stop by for a quick visit. They’re not likely to stay, however, because there’s nothing for snakes to eat in a natural pool environment. A well-maintained natural pool has clear water, so you should be able to easily spot a snake before diving in.
Whether a natural pool is worth it depends on several factors because they cost more than traditional pools. Many people opt for natural pools because they enjoy swimming in natural bodies of water such as lakes. Also, if you're environmentally conscious, a natural pool is going to be a much more attractive option than a traditional pool.
Moreover, for people with chemical sensitivities, a natural pool is a great solution since the water doesn’t contain chlorine.
After you fill in your pool, you can add trees and plants that help stabilize the soil. You might decide not to fill it in at all and find another use for the sunken area instead. A few ideas include creating a seating area or garden inside the empty pool. Depending on its size, you could create a place to roller-skate or install basketball hoops for an unconventional court.
