"Michael came and reviewed my options with me and scheduled the work promptly. He checked in on his crew to make sure the work was being done properly, and inspected after the project was completed to his satisfaction. When I called him back to double check something, he found that a small area of the new lining needed to be redone, and he arranged for his crew to come back the next day to redo it. I would highly recommend him for a chimney repair and any other chimney work you may need."

"The service was terrifiC. Chimney Pros came when they said would, kept me informed while the work was ongoing, and told me the choices when they faced some challenges like concrete walls and difficult to locate natural gas. They also kept in good touch with the my neighbors to minimize impact on them. It was an excellent experience. I highly recommend them."

"Gary was prompt and professional for each appointment. On the initial appointment, he patiently answered all my questions, provided a good selection of products to choose from, and gave a quote for services. The day of service, Gary prepped & painted the inside of the fireplace as well as all hardware on the doors. For the finishing touches, he installed a new burner and fire glass. When he left the area was clean and ready to be enjoyed. My boring, outdated gas fireplace is now updated, and looks great!!! I'd hire Gary again.

"not that great. basically paid $99 to get an estimate. included cleaning roof and minimal repairs. took a while to get appointment, and then when they came, they didn't even do the work! gave a really big estimate and then re-seheduled to have someone else do the work. they wouldn't totally replace the roof, gave different estimates to repair, I went with a different company to do a full roof rplacement."
