"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. "This company was the second i had out to look at repairing our tankless hot water heater. For over a week the hot water would turn off randomly.  Baltica was my second opinion  for the repairs and i felt really lucky to have found them on Angie's list. The first company told me i needed to replace the entire 5 year old unit for $2200.00. Baltica answered all my questions before coming out,  Marius assessed the condition once  he came out,  the unit was flushed and clean out valves were installed he was very professional.  How nice to work with a company that stands behind their service.

"This could hardly have gone better.  Our washer decided to wet itself all over the place yesterday.  Called this AM, spoke to a friendly phone rep at E-appliance, and they sent out a repairman this afternoon.  Robert arrived within the specified window and quickly found the problem (fill sensor hose had detached on the inside).  Simple fix.  No BS, no trying to sell us repairs we didn't need.  He made some recommendations for how to prevent problems in the future, and even banged out a dent that had been in the front panel of the washer for years.  Should we ever need appliance repair again, it will be an easy call.  Thanks guys!

"I can't edit previous review so posting new one: I am revising my previous review. After posting my first review, Danny in Customer Service at Home Comfort USA contacted me. Danny very patiently listened to my situation and frustration and told me he would look into it, but wouldn’t “leave me hanging” and would call back. He did call back and fast-tracked a HVAC technician, Jad, to come out, who was great and called in a higher-level technician two days later. Then the higher-level technician came out a couple of days after that and found we did need a leaking core replaced and said Danny would call me. Danny did call me and went above and beyond to get the part replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty. Two days after that, Home Comfort USA came out, replaced the core, tested our HVAC, and mitigated the labor. We are now VERY happy customers with Home Comfort USA and very grateful for Danny’s great customer service and intervention. I am writing this review on a day in the mid-90s with our HVAC system keeping us VERY comfortable. Thank you."
