"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. "This could hardly have gone better.  Our washer decided to wet itself all over the place yesterday.  Called this AM, spoke to a friendly phone rep at E-appliance, and they sent out a repairman this afternoon.  Robert arrived within the specified window and quickly found the problem (fill sensor hose had detached on the inside).  Simple fix.  No BS, no trying to sell us repairs we didn't need.  He made some recommendations for how to prevent problems in the future, and even banged out a dent that had been in the front panel of the washer for years.  Should we ever need appliance repair again, it will be an easy call.  Thanks guys!
