"They are very professional and their work is stunning. They bring your vision to life. Jose and his crew remodeled our whole downstairs our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. You need to see the transformation on his IG page! Unrecognizable! Even with the delays in material during COVID they stayed on top of it. "We were very happy with the end result of our garage! We wanted to have this done in a timely manner before we moved in our items, and Jimmy made sure this happened. After giving Jimmy ideas of what we envisioned, he knew exactly what we wanted. Professional, courteous and job well done!"

"Dealing with contractors is never easy, and Ben is no pushover, but with very few exceptions, Ben and his crew do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and they do it very well. What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. Great experience and our bathrooms are amazing."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on project complexity, materials, labor, permits, and required revisions.

You can draw your own house plans using three-dimensional modeling software, but in most cases, you’ll need an architect to draw up the final plans. Architects understand local building regulations and requirements, so their plans will be necessary for getting permits approved, and they’ll also ensure your home is structurally sound. DIY house plans can be a good place to start to help visualize your project, but you should always defer to a professional before trying to proceed with the project.

It can take anywhere from a few days to several months to draw up architectural plans, depending on the complexity of your project. Architectural plans are highly detailed documents that take time to complete, and any changes or alterations can significantly extend how long they take.

The most common scale for residential blueprints is 1/4 of an inch equals one foot. This scale is the most popular because it’s easier for everyone involved, from professionals to homeowners, to understand the building’s actual dimensions. Also, it allows blueprints to have the necessary details without cluttering the page.

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.
