VACATION POOLS

We notified Vacation Pools of the failed repairs-- the spa continued to leak. Numerous phone calls were not returned. We had to keep trying to talk to the our contact person. Finally reached him and got commitments to the come to the house. He never showed up and no phone call to say he wouldn't be there. We called again. Failed to show up the second time. Again no phone call. This was a one month process. Still no response from them.

They're on time, they do what they said they would do. I had them do some maintenance on my pool, they were here and did it correctly. They come here twice weekly. He come here for my quality maintenance for a while and he's here within 15 minutes of plus or minus 8:00. He's precise, he gets it done and then he's gone. Normally I'm up and I watch him just to see what he's doing and it's been fine. Sometimes I need to talk to him about the concerns I have but other than that it's excellent.

They were originally scheduled to arrive the morning on 5/1 then called to say they wouldn't be there until later because the part hadn't come in. At the end of the day they again called to reschedule for the next day because they still didn't have the part. They arrived promptly the next morning and swapped out the part. However, they didn't do a full test before they left as I later discovered that the valves were not automatically positioning correctly. It turned out to be a minor adjustment that I figured out, though I would have expected them to do check that fully before leaving, especially for the rather steep price they charged.

I would say its very high.

The work was completed in a timely manner. The worker left the pool area clean of debris.

Vacation Pools did an excellent job remodeling our pool and installing patio pavers a few years ago. We decided we wanted to extend the patio pavers further out into the grass where it didn't grow and had become muddy. David, our prior salesman, came to our house, listened to our ideas and took measurements. We also needed the pool water drained and some minor resealing done under the coping . A few days later, David sent us the estimate which we felt was reasonable. We accepted and a start date for the following week was set.
The work took approximately 5 days. The workers came and went daily and hours of arrival and departure varied depending on the stage of the job. The workers did an excellent job overall and were all very friendly and polite. It was a bit of a mess in the yard when they quit for the night and made it hard for us to navigate the dogs outside to the grass in the dark through the sand and pieces of rocks and pavers strewn over the area. This is my only reason for giving them a and quot;Band quot; instead of and quot;Aand quot; for professionalism. If we didn't have animals, it would not have been a problem.
As with most jobs, there are always a few things needing final adjustment at the end of the work. The landscaper came back and adjusted sprinklers plus added an extra head for coverage. The pool filler float required readjustment and the pool man came and took care of it.
We would not hesitate to use Vacation Pools again in the future.

Everyone at Vacation Pools did a great job. They transformed a 30 year old antiquated pool to a modern, efficient and enjoyable pool.

FOREMAN WAS POLITE, AND GREAT AT WORK. HE WAS ON TIME, BUT SOME SUBCONTRACTORS THEY HIRED WERE NOT ON SCHEDULE.
