Everything was up to Miami-Dade Hurricane Code, and they did a great job. They were very polite and respectful. It did take a few days because we're on the 4th floor, and some of the windows were a bit tricky to get out, but it was certainly worth it. We worked with them at every step.

The rep on the phone gave excellent service and answered all my questions I was impressed I got to speak to the same rep every time, not someone different.
