    Kurt's work was great. He remodeled my entire kitchen with stone counters and new cupboards and laid wood flooring throughout the house. He made my asthetic ideas work even though my house has some odd measurements, causing him to have to think creatively. He and his assistant were also friendly (great sense of humor) and punctual. I had no trust issues either, so he worked while I was at my office. I think my pets liked the company

    This is the fourth time we’ve used Simple Visions. In the past they’ve replaced windows, replaced water damaged areas, added new lighting in the family room, and added security lighting around the outside of the house. This time, they removed a bath/shower insert in the master bath and built a beautiful walk-in shower with a sliding glass door. We are so very happy with the way it looks. Their work is always first class, the staff is always professional and respectful, and the charges were fair and reasonable. You should definitely consider using Simple Visions

    I was blessed to find an experience and personable contractor in Vincent Carlos, Preferred Remodeling. After interviewing 4 contractors, Vincent was the one that listened to what I wanted to do with remodeling a 28 year old kitchen. The other contractors were opinionated about what I should do rather than listen to what I was proposing. The project started Mar 2021 and finished June 2021. * Reasonable Estimate/Flexible: Vincent's estimate was reasonable and he was flexible in adding on things needed throughout the building process. He easily inserted changes we asked for not anticipated earlier in the project. * Outstanding Communication: Vince kept us apprised of all the subcontractors and when they were to arrive and accomplish their tasks such as demoing 6 walls, plastering and sheet rocking walls, painting, installing plumbing and tile, installing new lighting and installing kitchen appliances. The subcontractors were neat and clean. * Met All Timelines: All work scheduled was on time and Vince kept things moving according to his plan. * Professional Suggestions: Vince always suggested things by giving options and allowed us to pick what worked best for us. For example, in picking out the slabs for the counter tops and backsplash, he went with us to assist in our selections. * Pre Kitchen Model Blueprint: Vincent suggested a designer provide a blueprint of what the kitchen would look like when finished. It was helpful for us to make changes when we saw what the kitchen would look like. * Outstanding Contractor: Vincent is someone you can trust with your project. He is honest, fair, and works with customers to ensure they are satisfied. He oversees the subcontractors work to ensure it is done correctly. I cannot say enough great things about Vincent Carlos and Preferred Remodeling. My kitchen is beautiful thanks to Vincent and his staff. Look no farther when selecting a contractor. With out a doubt Preferred Remodeling should be your choice

    Mega Power Electric was recommended by a friend and I found the end to end experience to be very good. They provided lots of information along the way and communicated with me step by step. There was very little I had to do, they took care of basically everything and checked in to make sure things were going smoothly along the way. All of the paperwork was handled by them including permits and township follow-ups and they did a post-install walkthrough to make sure my wife and I understood how the system worked as well as the TRECS process. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation and will likely use them again

Just the facts presented so we could make our own decision. Scheduling was fine, always kept us in the loop. We had to make a million changes, but she was nothing short of supporting, encouraging and patient from our initial discussion to what seemed like our millionth change.     Guys arrived late and were missing a few tools that would have made the job more time efficient. They were polite and hard workers, but business ethic needs improvement ( 2 no shows with no updates, late arrival, no written contract or proof of insurance- other than verbal). Their price was very reasonable. I think they are new, but have potential. If we hire again, I will make sure I have the papers first and make sure they hold their end up with timely arrival times
