included framing a new floor where there had been a sunken conversation pit,
hanging doors, replacing the old baseboards and completing a wall with new drywall.
His bid was very reasonable and he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I

"After realizing that part of the bedroom ceiling was coming down and getting worse by the hour, I knew I had to find a skilled and competent person/company to take care of it. And I did, Ricardo and RAM INNOVATIVE BUILDERS. When the work was completed, it looked like an entirely new ceiling. There was no line whatsoever between the old and new. It has been two years now and the ceiling looks as beautiful as the day it was completed. Along with the great job, the price was very reasonable."
