The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. "Mark Fry is a craftsman.   He fill with epoxy all joints and cracked woods.   He stripped paint to bare wood and sanded, cut-to-fit new birch panels between the stretchers.   When finished,  he sealed the bench with teak finish.    It is beautifully restored,  ready for another 100 years of use.

"After calling companies close to our mountain location we contacted Hugo at A-1 and he offered to come a much longer distance at a lower price. He overcame some obstacles the way our fireplace was built to get the chimney clean and also replaced the worn out chimney cap. He was on time and very careful to control the soot coming into the home. We recommend this company as professional and fairly priced. And working with Hugo was an especially pleasant experience.
