The guys, J & J, were on time and very respectful, polite and easygoing guys. Priscilla, their scheduler, was very professional and kept me informed when the guys were coming. Outstanding professional service. I would only go back to Premier with any future installation needs. Don't search any further. This is the only company you need to hire for your TV / AV installation needs. They communicate from the time you contact them, until they are done the job. I even received a call over the weekend, letting me know they received my message and would be out the next day.

Jeff and his crew were excellent. Needed 3 big screens mounted in our new La Quinta house. Jeff returned my initial call right away. Made time that same day to come by and give me a quote. We agreed to do the job a few days later on Monday. I texted Jeff a few times on Sunday while I was shopping for a new 75inch tv. He was nice enough to get back to me right away and help me pick out the right tv at the right price. Jeff, Juan, and Julio did an amazing job on the 2 TVs I didn’t the house and the one in backyard. The surround sound is mind blowing. They did not leave until everything was absolutely perfect and cleaned up any mess from cutting walls and unboxing. Would recommend them to others and will be calling them back to mount 2 TVs upstairs as soon as I purchase them. Very pleased!

These guys were awesome. When I scheduled they confirmed all the equipment I needed. They arrived on time and did a great job mounting my TV to the wall in my manufactured home. They were knowledgeable and experienced. I recommend them.

I'm somewhat computer literate but my new Samsung TV's came with "Crap apps" and a maze of rental movies, internet channels---Jeff and Julio , in 45 minutes saved me hours of programming. I now have all TV's synchronized and easy to watch. In fact, my wife and I are going to stay home and watch a movie tonight.

The owner and his staff were professional, introduced themselves, used covers on all my surfaces, very clean. I'd recommend them for anyone who's looking to mount their TV over their fireplace.

In my opinion Premier A/V is the only way to go. Very professional and knew exactly what to do. Jeffery was efficient and was here when he said he would be. He has any future business I may have.

Working with Jeffery and his crew was like a breath of fresh air! He proved to be knowledgeable, reasonable and just a great guy to work with. I contacted him for a quote to unmount and relocate a 65" TV to another room and to mount in its place a 150 lb. 7ft long 85" TV. We scheduled a time for him to come and he showed up right on time. While he was here I discussed the possibility of adding electrical and cable conduits to the project quote which he did. His quote was extremely competitive and so much more "reasonable" than any other I received. I admit that because his quote was literally hundreds less than any other I had received I was somewhat skeptical. But, because I was so impressed with Jeff at our initial meeting I decided to trust him and I am so glad I did. After I gave him the okay he and his very hard working and conscientious crew, Eddie, Carlos and Juan, showed up on time and ready to work. The completed job was done professionally and at the price quoted. They also cleaned up after themselves too. It goes without saying...although I am saying it here...I would hire (and most highly recommend) Jeff and his crew without any hesitation. PS. Don't let the fact that there are not a whole lot of reviews dissuade you from choosing Jeff's Premiere AV Integration company to do your audio visual project. PPS. I would have given Jeffery and all his guys 10 Stars if I could have.
