Showed up on time. Very professional, helped us with clear and concise suggestions before work started. Contract conditions were explained. Showed up on time, did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. Although the work was not done recently, Mike is still in business and I have recommended him to friends who were very happy with him.
They planned the major transformation of our home to prevent as little disruption to our household and lifestyle as possible. My husband has a home office and he was able to conduct his business while they were working.
Their knowledge, experience, and skill with tile work is impressive. Everything was planned carefully and carried out accordingly. Their workmanship is unbelievable -- they are artists in their trade.
I always felt comfortable with Mike and his crew and I never hesitated to leave them in my home alone. They were very considerate of my privacy when I was home. And, they were such nice guys my dog grew very fond of them.
I honestly have to say that my experience with Mike Lacheur and Concept Construction was by far the most favorable experience I have ever had with a contractor.
I highly recommend Mike Lacheur and Concept Construction, and my husband and I plan to have them back to do more tile work.
